Nanakuli High School Performing Arts Center Provides Holiday Entertainment

Nanakuli High School is holding their Ohana Ike Festival, a hoolaulea, at their football field on Saturday, December 8, starting at 4 P.M.  Students from their Performing Arts Center program will put on a Christmas show at 7 P.M.  They will sing and dance to pop tunes and Christmas songs.

Program advisor Robin Kitsu also announced that these students will perform a touring show at Ala Moana Shopping Mall, center stage, on December 17 at 7 P.M.

Pat Pang (Nozaki) is a retired DOE secondary school teacher who taught school in Waianae for almost 40 years. She has served the community as a member of the Waianae Neighborhood Board and as a delegate to the 1978 Hawaii State Constitutional Convention. She was raised on the Nanakuli Hawaiian Homestead and resided in Waianae during her years as a teacher.
