New Business Groups Face Waianae Neighborhood Board

Waianae Coast Neighborhood Board will meet on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, 7:00-10:00 P.M. at the Waianae District Park’s Muti-Purpose Room, 85-601 Farrington Highway.  They invite the public to listen to new business groups that night. David Haverly, CCIM, senior vice-president of A&B Properties, Inc., the new owners of the Waianae shopping mall, will give a presentation. Also on the agenda is Claudia Shay, Executive Director of Self-Help Housing Corporation of Hawaii, a private, non-profit housing corporation. She will speak about purchasing the 70 lots in the Ke Ola O` Pokai Bay subdivision for a self-help housing project. Homes are fee simple and will be approximately $285,000 for 3-4 bedrooms. The board invites questions from the public regarding these discussions.
